Rare Freemason Antique silve tape Measure

antique FREE MASON measuring tape - 78 inch, in nice case. Case has great seal of the United States - orig. design by Barton of Philadelphia.. On other side is 13 layered pyramid and under that is: Eye of Providence National Seal - 1776 - Declaration of Independence and Novus Ordo Seclorum - Begining of New American Era. I don't see any names or hallmarks on tape or on silver colored case. Case needs cleaning.case with fine details. . I am told but not sure Only 5 tape measures were made.
